Girls Feeder Basketball

Designed for girls in 5th-8th grade who reside within Mundelein High School District 120 boundaries, this high school preparation program provides players with the opportunity to participate in a competitive basketball league, while continuing to learn basketball skills.  The feeder program teaches girls how to develop and refine those basic skills while learning the primary offensive and defensive scheme of the high school.  Player eligibility is based on high school attendance boundaries; players must live within the boundaries of the high school in order to play for the feeder team.

This program differs from our other programs by having team selection through evaluations and is a competitive level of practice and games. A solid commitment from parents and players with both the practice and game schedule is necessary.  The season runs November through mid-March, with 2 practices a week, 12-14 league games and 1-2 tournaments.  Any questions, please contact Aaron Smith (president of feeder advisory board) at or Scott Schleiden at

4th-grade players may try out for the 5th-grade team.

The league fee is $375, plus a uniform fee of $80-90 if your child needs one.

Evaluations held at Mundelein High School.
